Primary responsibilities are to develop and implement strategies, plans and specific activities across the following areas: change management, training, benefits realization, communications and stakeholder management. Extensive knowledge and experience in Change Management,Leadership Development , Coaching & Mentoring.
The SAP Organizational Change Lead will manage the change management team on SAP projects and manages relationships with client change management counterparts in complex environments.
This is a hands-on client facing delivery role, not an account management or business development role.
- Will have 8+ year prior consulting experience and at least one plus years of S4 HANA or HANA experience.
- Should be proficient in French language.
- Possess the combination of communication and presentation skills that are essential for a senior change management lead.
- Are ambitious, enthusiastic and have a strong personality.
- Able to quickly earn confidence from both clients and colleagues and you are being regarded as a reliable advisor.
