Job Description:

 Responsibilities
  •  Solutioning and delivery of end to end Finance modules including integration.
  • Develop blueprints, functional specifications, test scripts, process maps, data migration tools & templates, training documentation.
  • Manage onsite and offshore multi-cultural teams.
  • Promote innovation by adopting the latest technologies in SAP.
Qualifications
  •  Over 8 to 10 years of SAP implementation experience in SAP Finance and Controlling modules with at last one Simple Finance or S/4 1610 implementation experience.
  • Strong process knowledge related to Finance and accounting including the KPIs.
  • Ability to work in on-site and offshore locations and should be able to lead a team of at least 10 to 12 consultants.
  •  Good exposure to Integration aspects of SAP with other third-party applications.
  • Experiences in Treasury, Funds Management, Travel Management will be important.
  •  Implementation experience in integration with Banks is critical.
  •  Sound Integration knowledge within various SAP Modules and Finance is mandatory.
  • Language French (along with English) is mandatory
  •  Education: Professional or Postgraduate Qualification in Finance/Commerce – CPA, CA, CFA, ICWA, M.Com, MBA etc.)
  •  Total SAP Consulting work experience: * Experience in Business Process Analysis & Mapping, SAP FICO Consulting & Configurations, Integration, Support & Maintenance (as Project team member, Lead Consultant, Project Lead, Project Manager etc.) – 15 Years in various capacity with 5 Implementations in ECC, SAP S/4 HANA Versions as Project Lead/Senior Lead Consultant
  • SAP End-to-End implementation experience -Finance Modules Implementation (General Ledger, Receivables, Payables, Fixed Assets, Treasury, Cash & Bank Management, Cost Center Accounting, Cost Element Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profit Center Accounting, Funds Management, Travel Management, Joint Venture Accounting, Projects) -5 Implementations with Multi-business, Multi-company, Multi-currency, Multi-Chart of Accounts, Joint Ventures SAP Rollouts, Upgrades, support & maintenance – SAP Finance Module ECC Rollouts, Upgrades & Support (ECC Versions & S/4 HANA) – 3 to 5 Roll out/Upgrade/Support Projects
  • SAP Certifications – SAP AG Certifications (Consulting, HANA Migration / Implementation,Solution Manager etc.) – SAP Consulting Certification in Finance.
  • Project Management Certifications PMP, PRINCE2, Six Stigma etc.
  • Training Delivery – Training delivery to Project Team, Super Users, End Users; 3 – 5 Trainings to Project Team/Super Users.
  • Project Documentation – Document preparation experience (Project Plan, Business Blueprint,Configuration, Transactions, training etc.) : Project Plan, Business Blueprint, Configuration &Training Documentation capabilities.
  • Change Management – Experience in Business Process Change Management, Project/Users Training Management, Stakeholder Management.
  • QA & QC Management: Experience in managing quality of Project Deliverables.
  • Risks Management: Experience in assessing and mitigating project risks.
  • Resource Management: Experience in managing project resources in optimal manner.
  • Communication Management: Experience in communication management across all levels.
