Job Description:

 Our client is seeking a high-energy, experienced trainer proficient in cybersecurity technologies and training. This individual will play an instrumental role in accelerating our sales initiatives and needs to be self-starter who excels in a high-paced, evangelistic startup environment and thrives on working with a revolutionary technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve mastery of Cyberbit Range technologies
  • Conduct cyber Range trainings for SOC teams and individuals as part of the sales and marketing processes
  • Use exceptional written and oral communication skills to support the sales organization in Range product Q&A, demonstration, POC and training exercises as well as represent the Range at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.
  • Effectively position the Range against competitive offerings
  • Support, when needed, Cloud Range training sessions with training guidance and trainee online support
  • Assist prospects with initial Range configuration and orientation via Train-the-Trainer course delivery
  • Provide professional responses to customer RFPs / RFIs
  • Train and mentor reseller partners on positioning our Range to prospective customers and managing POC's
  • Where possible, improve or develop Range technical documentation to ease understanding and customer or channel usage of our products and services as well as capture requested features and provide feedback to Product Management, Sales, Development, Support, Engineering and Marketing teams

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience in the Cybersecurity and familiar with SOC operations, methodologies and products including proven work experience as a trainer
  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Works in a systematic and orderly fashion, able to dive deeply into detail
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience – an advantage
  • Pre-sales support experience a plus
