You will be the lead analyst in the Billing Systems Strategy Programme. Analysing every Billing System in VBG to put together a recommendation approach given the backdrop of the North Star Architecture. Once a recommendation is reached to then lead the migration of the legacy biller into the target billing system
This role will need drive and determination in order to achieve Telecommunication’s outcome to digitization, IT transformation and customer/user experience (CX/UX) excellence.
The role involves:
Analysis, investigation and every current billing system platform
Understand the system flow and business processes relating to the billing systems and its ecosystem of interfacing input and outputs e.g. ordering, pricing, rating, ARGL
Understand the products being billed and work with product marketing to understand product strategy
Complete the product parity mapping from legacy to target biller
Responsible for detailed billing design and lead the target billing team to a successful migration
Initiate data cleanse stream in order to carry out migration
Participate in day to day activities working in tiger team of architects, PMs and SMEs in Billing Ecosystem
Communicate with a multitude of business teams to fully understand the ecosystem and agree on the future recommended state
Resilience and Accountability to ensure future recommended state is reached

You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Four or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience in Business Analysis preferably in Billing space
Hands on project management of SDLC
Hands on experience of migration of billing systems and or customers/products
Even better if you have:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
Experience in implementing critical high-availability applications.
Experience with agile development.
Experience with DevOps tools.
Technical leadership, aptitude and communication skills.
