  • Fluent in English
  • Well-spoken individual who will be responsible for answering phones, taking detailed messages that include high level clients and transferring calls
  • Coordinate client meetings and calls and update banker’s agenda.
  • Must be customer service oriented
  • Meet and greet clients, offer refreshments
  • Request car services for pick up and drop offs
  • Print banker itineraries and documents for travel and meetings
  • Print presentations and bind them
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Process travel expenses
  • Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Must dress professionally.
