Job Description 

• Candidate will lead and manage engagement with multiple clients. 
• Candidate will leveraging Business Consulting Practice methodologies and consulting intellectual property to achieve business objectives. 
• Candidate will support the sales process by leveraging experience and business insights to help the customer understand the value that Amdocs provides through its consulting and software solutions. 
• Candidate will build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers. 
• Candidate will develop and deliver expertise and support to practice development in one or more areas. 
• Candidate will be responsible for the delivery of several components of business change programs. 
• Candidate will support various project aspects such as schedule, budget, risks, deliverables, etc. 
• Candidate will manage consulting team, external contractors, Amdocs matrix teams, and/or customer personnel in a matrix manner 
• Candidate will drive different engagements and develop their experience. 

Eligibility 

1-3 years of experience in the following: 
• Proven track record in working as a change management consultant 
• A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process 
• Candidate must have experience in creation of communication plan and collaterals, change agent program and stakeholder management within organization change 
• Candidate must have experienced partnering with the project team as client's dedicated Change Consultant to ensure benefits are realized. 
• Candidate should have the ability to design and facilitate training programs 
• Solid customer facing experience and affinity with IT is a strong asset 
• Experience leading an autonomous stream within a large program, and potentially responsible for leading and overseeing resources in a matrix environment (matrix could contain one or more resources) 
• Certification : Project Management preferred, Post Graduate optional
